This role involves leading PR campaigns, managing corporate messaging, organizing events, and driving strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities
Corporate Communications and PR
- Develop and execute public relations strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Manage corporate messaging, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Handle PR outreach for company events and milestones.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling client success stories and testimonials.
Client Engagement and Retention
- Gather and showcase client testimonials (both written and video).
- Plan and execute client appreciation activities.
- Organize and manage training programs, product demos, and workshops for clients.
Event Management and Brand Representation
- Plan and execute sponsored events, corporate summits, and in-house conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage event branding materials like invites, standees, and corporate presentations.
- Oversee event logistics, speaker management, and corporate PR activities.
Strategic Collaborations
Develop strategic partnerships to integrate Sofcom’s B2B products into industry.
Organize and coordinate industry engagement initiatives.
Digital Content and Podcast Management
- Manage and promote corporate podcasts.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to develop post-event updates, social media content, and press releases.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or Business.
- Experience in event management, corporate branding, and stakeholder communications.
- Must have an outgoing personality with great communication skills.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and media relations skills.
